About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Kerblet Platforms Private Limited ("Kerblet", "WeddingzOS", "we", "us"). They apply when you use the WeddingzOS Control Panel, the WeddingzOS mobile apps, our websites (including weddingzos.com), the Lead Marketplace and any related service (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, signing in, submitting an enquiry or otherwise using the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these Terms.

Section 2

Accounts and who can use the Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to hold a planner or supplier account.
  • Planner and supplier accounts are reviewed before approval. We may refuse, suspend or close an account where details are false, incomplete or misleading.
  • Give accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and any one-time codes safe. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
  • Planners are responsible for the staff users they add and for the access they give them.
  • Wedding guests and hosts use the mobile app by invitation, through a personal invite code or phone verification.
  • We verify email addresses and mobile numbers with one-time codes and may use other checks to stop spam, fake sign-ups and misuse of free trials or free credits. We may delay, refuse or reverse an account or credit if these checks fail.
Section 3

Free trial, subscriptions and payments

  • New planner accounts may get a free trial. Features, limits and prices of each plan are shown on our pricing page and may change for future periods.
  • Paid plans renew for the period you chose (monthly or yearly). If you turn on automatic renewal, you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the renewal when it falls due. You can turn automatic renewal off in the Control Panel before the next charge.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees. GST and other applicable taxes are added where they apply, and a GST invoice is issued for each payment.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise or we say so in writing, amounts already paid for a period that has started are not refundable.
Section 4

Lead Marketplace (planners and suppliers)

How enquiries from families reach planners and suppliers.

  • What it is. Families send a wedding requirement. Planners can claim that enquiry with Lead Credits. Suppliers can send a quote on a service request with Connect Credits. Enquiries are first come, first served, and each enquiry can be claimed by a limited number of planners or quoted by a limited number of suppliers. The limits and the credits needed are shown in the Services and may change.
  • No guarantee. We do not promise that an enquiry is genuine, that the family will reply, hire you or pay, or that any number of enquiries will be available. We pass on what the family told us.
  • Credits. Credits are a prepaid right to use the Marketplace, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are used when you claim an enquiry or send a quote. A claim or quote that has been made is not refundable, except where the enquiry was withdrawn or was clearly invalid and we decide, at our discretion, to restore the credit. Unused credits may expire as stated when they were bought or granted.
  • Family contact details. Once you claim an enquiry or pay to quote, you receive the family's contact details only to respond to that enquiry. You must not sell, share, publish or use them for any other purpose, or add them to marketing lists without their consent. You must stop contacting a family who asks you to, and you must follow the Telecom Commercial Communications rules (including Do Not Disturb) and other applicable law when calling or messaging them.
  • Your dealings with families. Any contract between you and a family is only between the two of you. WeddingzOS is not a party to it and is not responsible for the services, prices, quality or payments.
  • Outcome reporting. We may ask you, and the family, whether a booking happened, so that we can measure results and improve the Marketplace. Please answer honestly.
Section 5

Supplier network

  • Suppliers are reviewed before they are listed. You confirm that your business details, licences, photos, prices and claims are accurate and that you own or may use what you upload.
  • Planners and families may see your business profile and your quotes. Quotes you send are your own offers; you are responsible for honouring them.
  • Being listed does not mean we endorse, guarantee or recommend any supplier. We may remove a listing that is misleading, inactive or the subject of complaints.
Section 6

Data you put into the Services

  • You keep ownership of the content and data you upload (guest lists, invitations, photos, quotations and similar). You give us a limited licence to host, process, display and send it as needed to run the Services for you.
  • Where you load personal data of other people (for example guests, hosts or clients), you decide why and how it is used. You confirm you have the right and the consent needed to give it to us and to message those people (including by WhatsApp and email), and you will respect their requests to stop. For that data we act on your behalf as a processor, under our Privacy Policy.
  • You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, obscene, defamatory or that invades someone's privacy. Photos and videos shared in the guest app are visible to the other guests of that wedding.
Section 7

Messages sent through the Services

  • The Services can send email and WhatsApp messages (for example invitations, reminders, OTPs and updates) for you and for us. WhatsApp messages use templates approved by WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's own policies and to credits or message limits on your plan.
  • You are responsible for the content you send, for sending only to people who may lawfully receive it, and for not sending spam or misleading messages.
  • We may send you service and legal messages (such as account, security, billing and policy-update notices) even if you opted out of marketing, because they are needed to provide the Services or to meet legal duties.
Section 8

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law, or use the Services to defraud, harass or threaten anyone;
  • give false details, pose as someone else or create accounts to misuse the free trial or free credits;
  • copy, scrape or resell enquiry data, leads, supplier listings or the Services themselves;
  • try to get around security, rate limits, credit limits or access controls, or interfere with how the Services work;
  • reverse engineer the software, or use it to build a competing product.

We may remove content, limit features, withhold credits obtained by misuse, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Section 9

Our intellectual property

The Services, their software, design, logos and the WeddingzOS and Kerblet names belong to Kerblet or its licensors. These Terms give you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services while your account is active. No other rights are given.

Section 10

Third-party services and availability

The Services rely on third parties such as cloud hosting, payment, email, SMS and WhatsApp providers. We work to keep the Services available and accurate, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, pause or stop a feature, and there may be interruptions we do not control. Back up anything important to you.

Section 11

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for the acts of planners, suppliers, families, guests or other third parties. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the event that caused the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Section 12

Your responsibility

You will compensate us for losses, claims and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of family contact details or of the Services.

Section 13

Ending your account

You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to contact@kerblet.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Services.

On closure, we handle your personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example liability, your responsibility and governing law) continue after the account ends.

Section 14

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version and date are shown at the top of this page. For a material change we will tell account holders by email and, where we have a mobile number, by WhatsApp, before it applies, saying what changed and when it starts. If you keep using the Services after the date the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can close your account.

  • Version 2026-11-01 (November 1, 2026): first published version of these Terms.
Section 15

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about them, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Please write to us first at contact@kerblet.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally.

Section 16

Notices and general terms

  • We may give you notices by email, WhatsApp or SMS to the contact details on your account, or in the Control Panel or app. You must keep those details current.
  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else without our written consent; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
